<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release polyester film which has a high inspection property in application for deflecting plates or the like, and also can raise a separation yield when processing. <P>SOLUTION: The mold release polyester film includes a primer layer which is obtained by applying an application liquid containing a polyvinyl alcohol on one surface of a polyester film by a peeling force of the primer layer at 4,000 mN/cm or larger and includes a silicone-based mold release layer on the other surface of the polyester film with an MOR value of the mold release film at 1.5 to 3.0 for the mold release film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
