<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet that enables both a seal countermeasure and a shield countermeasure and facilitates handling in a skirt end part of the grommet. <P>SOLUTION: In a grommet obtained by integrally molding a corn body whose bottom part is cut and a small-diameter cylindrical body to one end side of a large-diameter cylindrical body, the integrally-molded part is formed of a resin or rubber impregnation conductive nonwoven or woven fabric, and an annular skirt end part covering an annular outer peripheral part of the large-diameter cylindrical body is provided to the other side of the large-diameter cylindrical body. The annular skirt end part is also integrally molded with the large-diameter cylindrical body.
