<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device capable of effectively reducing wasted consumption of gas while excellently determining whether a gas appliance being used is a fuel cell or not. <P>SOLUTION: A gas appliance determining section 12 provided in a flow rate measurement device 10, if a gas appliance 20 being used includes a fuel cell 21, determines types of the gas appliance 20 using the flow rate pattern in which the range of increase/decrease of a gas flow rate is within a flow rate band set for the fuel cell 21, as a flow rate pattern that is a temporal change pattern of the gas flow rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
