<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polymer battery composite packaging material which has still better electrolyte resistant and solvent resistant properties than ever and excels in heat seal property and in adhesiveness and adhesion with electrode terminals so that, even when contacted with the electrolyte, aluminum foil and a thermoplastic resin layer do not peel off. <P>SOLUTION: A surface of aluminum foil 3 is treated with a coating type surface treatment agent containing a metallic salt of one kind of metal among zirconium, titanium and silicon and then dried by heating to form a surface treated layer 6 having one kind of metal among zirconium, titanium and silicon stuck to the surface of the aluminum foil, and the amount of the metal sticking to the surface of the aluminum foil is adjusted to 1-100 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. Next, a coating of maleic anhydride modified polypropylene (maleic PP) is applied by an amount of 0.2-10 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>to the surface of the aluminum foil which has had the surface treated layer formed thereon by using a photogravure coating or a roll coating method to form a maleic PP layer 4, on top of which a thermoplastic resin layer 5 is laminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
