<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure for housing a heating body along with its component, capable of further promoting heat radiation from a heating body, and surely promoting heat radiation even if contacting to oil in a high temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: A polyamic acid film in which a filler containing boron nitride particle or carbon particle is diffused, and the major axis of the filler is oriented along the thickness direction of film, with a drying process being applied so that the orientation state of the filler is fixed, is heated together with an enclosure component body under such condition as is directly arranged on the surface of the metal enclosure component body. Consequently, the polyamic acid in the film is converted to the imide so that the film comes to be a polyimide film, and junction between the film and the enclosure component body is enhanced to provide an enclosure component 10. The enclosure components 10 and 20 are so assembled that heat radiation films 1 and 2 face the internal space and/or the external space of an enclosure 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
