<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle that eliminates the need of unnecessarily extending a cord even when an outlet of an external power supply is located in either a front position or rear position of a vehicle, and facilitates handling of the cord. <P>SOLUTION: The electric vehicle includes: a leg shield 20 disposed forward relative to a riding position of a driver in a travelling direction of the vehicle; a front cowl 30 disposed forward relative to the leg shield 20; a battery mounted to the vehicle; and a motor driven by the electric power of the battery and serving as a power source to allow the vehicle to run. The electric vehicle further includes: a rear opening 27 provided in the leg shield 20; a rear lid 28 for opening and closing the rear opening 27; a front opening 37 provided in the front cowl 30; a front lid 38 for opening and closing the front opening 37; and a terminal storage chamber 31 that communicates the rear opening 27 with the front opening 37 and stores a vehicle side terminal 41 to be connected to a terminal of the external power supply for recharging the battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
