<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating element capable of improving an ion generating efficiency by suppressing mutual neutralization of generated ions and examining the measures for effectively emitting ions, an ion generating device, and an electronic device equipped with this. <P>SOLUTION: The ion generating element 10 includes a positive discharge part 12 for generating positive ions and a negative discharge part 13 for generating negative ions. At least one discharge part of the positive discharge part 12 and the negative discharge part 13 has a pair of a discharge electrode and an induction electrode provided by intercalating a dielectric body 11. The discharge electrode includes a discharge site generating discharge and a conduction site electrically conducted to the discharge site. The discharge site and the conduction site are formed on the same surface as the dielectric body 11. The conduction site is arranged between the discharge site and another discharge site generating ions of reverse polarity of the discharge site, and a potential which repulses the ions generated from the discharge site is impressed on it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
