<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice washing apparatus in which a shielding plate equipped with a drain jacket at the lower part of a rice washing tank is easily attached/detached. <P>SOLUTION: In the rice washing apparatus, a mounting plate 61 is provided on the drain jacket 18, and the shielding plate 5 is provided with engage members 78A and 78B moving the shielding plate 5 backward, engaged to the mounting plate 61, and controlling downward moving of the shielding plate 5, and a stopper 79 controlling forward moving of the shielding plate 5 by engaging a locking part 71 provided on the mounting plate 61 in an engaging state of the engage members 78A and 78B with the mounting plate 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
