<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cognitive load evaluation device, a cognitive load evaluation method and a program, for evaluating a cognitive load of a user on the basis of information that can be perceived by the user when the user operates an HMI (human machine interface) screen without acquiring data directly from the user. <P>SOLUTION: The cognitive load evaluation device 10 for evaluating the cognitive load of the user who operates HMI includes: an information analyzing section 100 for analyzing screen information including an image of a screen displaying HMI and operation information for executing a task by using the screen, extracting visual objects included on the screen and auditory objects related to the task, and specifying an object to be operated by the user as an operation object from among the objects; and an operation load evaluation section 400 for calculating a load applied by each element to the user for each element included in the operation of the user with respect to the operation object, and obtaining the operation load of the user for the operation object on the basis of each of the loads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
