PURPOSE: A self-configuration system and a self-configuration method of a wireless sensor network using the same are provided to estimate the number of devices within the minimum network depth and communication coverage radius and optimize multiple trees according to a real device installation environment. CONSTITUTION: A parent device(200) selects subscribed children. The parent device allocates an address to a child device. The child device selects the child device of a high priority tree step. The children devices request subscription. The child device is subscribed to the parent device according to the selection of the parent device. The child device allocates an address.
