METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating functional artificial leather is provided to produce the leather of high quality and excellent air permeability. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating functional artificial leather comprises: a step of napping a base fabric with air permeability(S1); a step of coating the napping-processed surface of the base fabric with a coating composition containing polyurethane carbonate resin and solvent to form a leather coated layer(S2); a step of coating the base fabric through roller coating to maintain the air permeability; a step of chinz-processing the base fabric(S3); a step of forming a phosphorescent pattern using a phosphorescent pattern roller and a mixture containing polyurethane carbonate resin and phosphorescent pigment(S4); and a step of embossing the base fabric(S5).
