PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a soap is provided to provide a soap having an excellent toxicity removal, immunity, sterilizing effect, and to have excellent skin esthetic effect because skin waste is decomposed by infrared ray generated from a germanium. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soap comprises: a heating evaporation step evaporating moisture by heating subsurface water at 500-1000 °C for 5-7 hours; a step of extracting germanium powder; a step of sterilizing germanium powder; and a step of obtaining soap by mixing 3-10 parts by weight of the germanium powder into 100.0 parts by weight of soap base.
