<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor that can cancel leakage of electrostatic coupling and restrict reduction in sensibility of an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: An angular velocity sensor according to the present invention is configured to include a phase adjustment circuit 92a adjustable at any edge timing of an output signal of a PLL circuit 91 to adjust a timing of synchronous detection in a sense circuit.
