<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure appropriate tooth contact of each gear constituting a planetary gear reduction mechanism even when an output shaft tilts. <P>SOLUTION: The tip face of each female spline gear 27B constituting a female spline part 27 of a carrier 26 is formed into an inward curved face 27C. The tip face of each male spline gear 34B constituting a male spline part 34 of the output shaft 29 is formed into an outward curved face 34C. Thereby even when the center line A-A of the output shaft 29 tilts vertically, a relative swing between the carrier 26 and the output shaft 29 makes the center line B-B of the shaft of the carrier 26 not tilt but extend vertically. As a result, each planetary gear 24 supported by the carrier 26 is able to work on a sun gear 23 and an inner gear 12D of a housing 12 without tilting, thereby allowing the tooth contact to be always properly retained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
