<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of storing data with certainty in suspend processing. <P>SOLUTION: A battery pack 3 mounted to an electronic equipment main body detachably, has: a lock switch 4 having a first locked part 41 that can engage with a locking part of the electronic equipment main body, and switching over a lock state with the electronic equipment main body 2; and a power supply switch 5 having an engaging part 52 that can engage with an on-off control switch of a power supply circuit of the electronic equipment main body, and performing on-off switching of the power supply circuit of the electronic equipment main body.
