<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch unit that is reduced in cost by reduction of parts count and is simplified in assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The clutch unit includes: an output shaft 22 composed of a lever side clutch 11 for controlling transmission/shutoff of rotation torque to an output side and a brake side clutch 12 for transmitting an input torque to the output side and shutting off reverse input torque from the output side, and for output of torque; a brake side outer wheel 23 disposed on the outside of the output shaft 22 and integrally formed with a screw hole 23c to be mounted to a seat lifter part; a ring part 29a disposed outside of the output shaft 22 and imparting rotation resistance by friction force produced with the inside of a brake side outer wheel 23; a plurality of pairs of cylindrical rollers 27 disposed in a wedge clearance between the brake side outer wheel 23 and the output shaft 22, and controlling transmission of input torque and shutoff of reverse input torque by engagement/shutoff between both members; and a rod-shaped part 29b disposed between each pair of cylindrical rollers 27, and biasing separation force to paired cylindrical rollers 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
