<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt for achieving an electrophotographic apparatus which has flexibility and excellent toner releasability, can achieve a high transfer rate regardless of the type of a transfer medium, has excellent residual toner cleaning properties and filming resistance, and has high durability and high image quality for a long period of time, and to provide a method for manufacturing the intermediate transfer belt, and an electrophotographic apparatus which has the intermediate transfer belt and has high durability and high image quality for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In the intermediate transfer belt on which a toner image obtained by developing a latent image formed on an image carrier with a toner is transferred, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrophotographic apparatus having the intermediate transfer belt, the intermediate transfer belt includes a base layer and an elastic layer laminated on the base layer, the elastic layer contains an elastic body and spherical resin particles and has an uneven shape formed on the surface thereof, the spherical resin particles are arrayed in a surface direction on the surface of the elastic layer, and glossiness obtained by 85° reflection light measurement on the surface of the intermediate transfer belt is 35% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
