<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a vertically tilted position of a tool body, for overcoming the problem of the operability of an operation lever that tightens the fixing screw for securing the vertically tilted position of the tool body, wherein an operator is incapable of reaching the operation lever when holding the tool body with one hand while pressing a base with the other hand so that it is difficult to fix the tool at an intended depth of cut, in a cutting tool in which the tool body is supported so as to be vertically tilted on a top surface of the base where a cutting material is abutted and the depth of cut is adjustable. <P>SOLUTION: A friction part M1 is provided on a base end part 5a of the operation lever 5. By pressing a finger tip on the friction part M1 and turning the operation lever 5 to a tightening direction to bring a lever part 5b to the operator side, the convenience in tightening is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
