<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the pouring precision of liquid inside a container in a liquid feeding technology to be used for feeding liquid inside the container with its inside in a negative pressure state. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid feeding apparatus 10 has a liquid feed pump 20 for feeding liquid to a battery container which is kept in a negative pressure atmosphere. The liquid feed pump 20 has a pump chamber 28 which communicates with a primary pipe 21 connected to a liquid storage tank 14 and a secondary pipe 22 connected to a discharge nozzle 13 and gets a liquid filled into an object to be filled from the discharge nozzle 13 when the pump chamber 28 shrinks. In the filling step in which a primary side on-off valve 23 is closed, a secondary side on-off valve 24 is opened, and the pump chamber 28 is allowed to shrink to fill the liquid in the object to be filled, transmission of the negative pressure in a vacuum tank 11 to the pump chamber 28 is prevented by a throttle section 40 formed in the discharge nozzle 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
