RADIO COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, BASE STATION, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which is devised so as not to waste communication resources when a first radio communication terminal having a movement control function to a CSG cell and a second radio communication terminal having no movement control function are mixed.

SOLUTION: A first radio communication terminal having a movement control function to a CSG cell in a radio communication network having a macro cell and the CSG cell comprises: a new access rejection list receiving unit 126 for receiving a new access rejection list used by a second radio communication terminal which does not have the movement control function to the CSG cell and the first radio communication terminal; a CSG cell list receiving unit 128 for receiving a CSG cell list including information on the CSG cell which is used by the first radio communication terminal; and an access rejection cell list and adjacent CSG cell list extracting unit 130 for determining an adjacent cell to be a target for receiving quality measurement, based on the new access rejection list acquired from the new access rejection list receiving unit 126 and the CSG cell list acquired in the CSG cell list receiving unit 128.
