<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip electronic component which allows easy impedance control in a wide range without increasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A chip electronic component EC1 comprises: a body 3 which contains a ferrite material; a first terminal electrode 11, a second terminal electrode 13, a third terminal electrode 15, and a fourth terminal electrode 17 which are arranged on a surface of the body 3; and an internal conductor 7 which is arranged in the body 3 and is electrically connected to the first terminal electrode 11, the second terminal electrode 13, the third terminal electrode 15, and the fourth terminal electrode 17. An impedance of a current path between the first terminal electrode 11 and the second terminal electrode 13 via the internal conductor 7 is different from an impedance of a current path between the first terminal electrode 11 and the third terminal electrode 15 via the internal conductor 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
