<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, a highly available backup system by configuring the backup system with plural user PCs connected with each other via a network. <P>SOLUTION: A master terminal and a backup terminal include: an operation information storage unit 150 for storing an operation status table 151 of each user PC 100; a data storage request transmission unit 112 for transmitting the operation status table 151 to the user PCs 100 other than the own PC; a similarity reception unit 113 for receiving, from the user PCs 100 having received the operation status table 151, similarity indicating a degree of similarity between the own operation state and the operation state of each transmission source user PC 100; a data storage terminal selection unit 114 for selecting, from the user PCs 100 other than the own PC, a data storage terminal for storing storage target data 141 possessed by the user PC 100 for backup on the basis of the similarity; and a data storage instruction transmission unit 115 for transmitting a data storage instruction including the storage target data 141 to the selected data storage terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
