<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding member with a highly-accurate non-light-shielding part, a manufacturing method thereof, and an imaging optical element and image reading apparatus having the light-shielding member. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a first step of applying a sensitive material onto one principal plane 11a of a transparent base material 11 to form a coating film 12, a second step of positioning the transparent base material 11 in an optical path of a condensing optical system LS, a third step of exposing the coating film 12 by the light condensed by the condensing optical system LS to form a photosensitive part 12a and a non-photosensitive part 12b, and a fourth step of forming a non-light-shielding 10a at a position where the photosensitive part 12a is formed and forming a light-shielding part 10b for shielding light at a position where the non-photosensitive part 12b is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
