The invention relates to a safety system in road traffic, used for assisting the driver with the view of avoiding the collisions of motor vehicles in reduced visibility conditions. According to the invention, the system comprises a microcontroller (MROM) which has attached a ROM-type memory with the data written by the motor vehicle producer, such as the mark and model of the motor vehicle, weight and size of the motor vehicle, chassis series, the system also comprises a display system (SA) of LCD-type which will display all the information necessary to avoid danger, a transponder (T) which will send and receive information relative to the traffic participants, namely: the information written in the microcontroller, (MROM), the running speed of the motor vehicle and also the running direction, a speed indicator and a kilometer counter (Vk) and a compass (B) which will indicate the direction of travel according to cardinal points. |
