An optimized method and a system for distributing service of a service message are disclosed in the present invention, which are both able to split the service message into content information and target user information, and distribute the split content information and target user information correspondingly. By splitting the service message of multimedia message or short message needing to be group-sent largely such as phone newspaper into message body associated with the content and message head information associated with the target user, and by sending the message content to the user after receiving acquired message corresponding to the target user, the method and system of the present invention solve the problem that the system performance is degraded when the service message such as phone newspaper is distributed, reduce the system overload and enhance the system efficiency. Further more, the present invention just need to be rebuilt simply on the basis of existing service flow, then can reduce the system overload, simplify the flow, and enhance the efficiency.
