<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter and an electrical apparatus capable of suppressing an increase in vertical size before installation. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical apparatus 10 includes: a housing 21 having first and second exhaust holes 46 on its upper part; an exhaust device 30a provided in the first exhaust hole 46; and an auxiliary exhaust device 32a provided in the second exhaust hole 46 and substituting the exhaust device 30a. Each of the exhaust device 30a and the auxiliary exhaust device 32a has an exhaust fan 36 for exhausting the air in the housing 21 through the first and the second exhaust holes 46, an elastic member 50 fixed to the housing 21 so as to cross the first and the second exhaust holes 46 in a plan view, and plate-like members 52 having one ends fixed to the elastic member 50 and covering the first and the second exhaust holes 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
