摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately designate a region where insulation resistance is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: An electric vehicle includes an electrical system being a circuit including a part or all of motors, air conditioners, and batteries. The electric vehicle also includes: detecting the deterioration of insulation resistances of the electrical system, in accordance with respective states of an inverter to drive a drive motor, an inverter for air conditioning, and a system main relay; and executing a motor area determination step, an air conditioning area determination step, and a battery area determination step (S240, S280, S320) so that a region where the insulation resistance is deteriorated is specified from among three regions of a motor area, an air conditioning area, and a battery area, after it is detected that the insulation resistance of the system is deteriorated. When the region where the insulation resistance is deteriorated cannot be specified even by executing such determination steps, after the system is started subsequently, determination steps of the respective areas are executed again so as to specify the region where the insulation resistance is deteriorated for a region which causes impossibility of the designation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
