<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to determine a shape which can be broken away automatically from a three-dimensional CAD model (referred to as 3D-CAD hereinafter) for product design, automatically produce a machining path of a machining method for breaking away, shorten a machining time for a product, and reduce abrasion of a tool. <P>SOLUTION: A machining path producing method for producing a machining path to remove a part of a material by cutting comprises: a first machining path production step for producing a first machining path, for machining the material to cut a region to be removed of the material from a first direction to the material by using design information; and a second machining path production step for producing a second machining path, for machining the material to cut a part lower than a plane of the first direction side to a region to be removed of the material from a second direction by using the design information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
