<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an RMD method to shorten the calculation time when analyzing an object. <P>SOLUTION: An analyzer 100 uses the RMD method to analyze an object regarded as an elastic body. The analyzer 100 includes: a model creating unit 110 which creates a system including a plurality of particles describing the object; a force calculation unit 130 which, when using a potential energy function to calculate force acting on particles, limits particles exerting force on the particles to particles from which the distances to the particles are shorter than a prescribed cutoff distance; and a particle state calculation unit 122 which calculates at least one of positions and velocities of particles by applying the force calculated by the force calculation unit 130 to equations of motion of discretized particles. The cutoff distance is set to a value smaller than twice the distance between particles which gives a minimum value of the potential energy function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
