<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner capable of stably obtaining high quality image without image failure such as gloss unevenness, and texture unevenness of paper. <P>SOLUTION: The toner comprises toner particles, each of which contains at least binder resin, a release agent, and a coloring agent. In a DSC curve measured by a differential scanning calorimeter, the binder resin has the endothermic peak at a temperature of P1 (°C) in a range of 80 to 120°C, and the release agent has the endothermic peak at a temperature of P2 (°C). The endothermic peak temperature P1 (°C) of the binder resin and the endothermic peak temperature P2 (°C) of the release agent satisfy: P2-5≤P1≤P2+5 (1). In the toner, a storage elastic modulus G'(40) at 40°C is 7.0×10<SP POS="POST">8</SP>Pa to 2.0×10<SP POS="POST">9</SP>Pa, and a storage elastic modulus G'(70) at 70°C is 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>Pa to 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>Pa in the viscoelastic characteristics measured at a frequency of 6.28 rad/sec. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
