PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that properly controls sheet-related equipment.

SOLUTION: A control means executes output High control S41a on a passenger seat air bag device when a first determination processing S10 (a first determination means) determines that an occupying object belongs to "adult". The control means executes expansion ON control S42a on the passenger seat air bag device when a second determination processing S20 (a second determination means) determines that the occupying objects belongs to "adult" or "child". The control means executes expansion ON control S42a regardless of the result of the second determination processing S20 when the first determination processing S10 determines that the occupying object belongs to "adult".
