<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive amplifier stage which allows cascade connection. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive amplifier stage 10 comprises two pairs of first and second unipolar pressure-sensor transistors 12, 14, 16, 18, which comprise respective piezoresistive current paths 12d, 14d, 16d, 18d and which are connected as a pressure-measuring bridge having two bridge parts 22, 24. The current paths 12d, 14d, 16d, 18d are connected in series. Further provided are two unipolar control transistors 26, 28, having control terminals 26a, 28a and having current paths 26d, 28d arranged between first terminals 26b, 28b and second terminals 26c, 28c, respectively. The first terminals 26b, 28b and the second terminals 26c, 28c are connected in pairs, and the control terminals 26a, 28a are connected to nodes 22a, 24a between the first and second pressure-sensor transistors of the two bridge parts, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
