<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage detector for a hydraulic rotating machine capable of detecting damage of a sliding member inside the hydraulic rotating machine without operating the hydraulic rotating machine. <P>SOLUTION: The damage detector for the hydraulic rotating machine is provided with the hydraulic rotating machine, a pressure storage device, a switching valve for switching communication or shutting of an oil path connecting one or more supply/discharge ports of the hydraulic rotating machine and a delivery side of the pressure storage device, a first pressure measuring means for measuring port pressure of the supply/discharge port, a second pressure measuring means for measuring case inner pressure, and a damage state detection means for detecting a damage state of an inner sliding member, and the damage state detection means includes a stop detection means for detecting the stop of the hydraulic rotating machine, a switching valve driving means for introducing working oil from the pressure storage device to the supply/discharge port of the hydraulic rotating machine, a first computing means for computing a predetermined function from port pressure measured with the first pressure measuring means to calculate a reference inner pressure value, and a second computing means for comparing and computing the reference inner pressure value computed with the first computation means and a case inner pressure value measured with the second pressure measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
