<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneous ground and underground demolition of an existing skeleton capable of solving a problem that a conventional method for demolishing the existing skeleton takes a long work period. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a demolition method for an existing skeleton which has an underground skeleton. The invention is also a method for simultaneous ground and underground demolition of the existing skeleton which simultaneously demolishes an aboveground section and an underground section during a portion of a demolition period by the processes: to construct a penetration shaft for disposing of debris which communicates from a highest floor to a lowest underground floor to be demolished in the existing skeleton; to demolish the aboveground section of the existing skeleton from the highest floor while keeping a ground floor slab untouched except an opening portion for the penetration shaft for disposing of the debris and dropping the demolished debris to the underground section through the penetration shaft for disposing of the debris; and to demolish an underground skeleton except necessary numbers of underground columns for earth bracing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
