<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling structure at a lower cost than before, which is excellent in earthquake resistance and base isolation, prevents easy generation of dew condensation and termites, eliminates the stagnation of rainwater causing rust and rotting, suppressing spread of a fire, and facilitates maintenance further. <P>SOLUTION: In this invention, in order to solve the problem, a building structure comprises an outer structure and an inner structure with a foundation in common, the inner structure is assembled inside the outer structure, and the outer structure and the inner structure are connected by a material not transmitting vibrations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
