<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for supplying a recording material while reliably preventing a recording medium from moving upward and greatly effectively reducing noise generated during printing operation, and to provide a recording apparatus including the mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes: a storage chamber 3 for storing the recording medium; a feed roller 41 in contact with an upper surface of the recording medium stored in the storage chamber, and feeding out the recording medium downstream a conveyance path; an inclined surface formed in the storage chamber and guiding the recording medium upward, the medium being fed out downstream the conveyance path; a conveyance roller 5 located above the feed roller and conveying the recording medium downstream the conveyance path, the medium guided via the inclined surface; and a guide roller 25 located below a contact line between the feed roller and the conveyance roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
