<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control apparatus which prevent heat generated in cut-off wiring provided on a surface of a substrate having high density from affecting other electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: Heat radiation wiring 40, which is made of the same material as power supply wiring 23, is formed in the power supply wiring 23 so that the wiring distance to cut-off wiring 30 is shorter than the wiring distances between the cut-off wiring 30 and other electronic components 22 excluding a ceramic capacitor 24 connecting with the cut-off wiring 30.
