<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data retransmission method capable of retransmitting data normally by allowing a low level processing part such as HARQ processing part to treat data retransmission requests in order to enhance the data processing throughput across the transmission and reception system even an error such as transformation of ACK information and NACK information is generated. <P>SOLUTION: In a data retransmission method, when receiving data, a reception side transmits, to the transmission side, a transmission acknowledgment signal that indicates whether the reception side received the data properly or not. When recognizing that the reception side cannot receive the data properly by referencing the transmission acknowledgment signal, the transmission side retains the transmitted data, continues to retain the data even after checking that the data is transmitted properly according to the transmission acknowledgment signal corresponding to the data, and re-transmits the retained data to the reception side when retransmission of the data is requested from the reception side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
