摘要 <p>The invention relates to a photometer intended for automatically determining concentrations and microscopic images using small volumes of liquid samples. According to the invention, the photometer consists of a modular optoelectronic structure comprising a radiation source (1) with LEDs, a controlled optoelectronic multiplexer (2), some photometric pliers having a mobile articulated arm (3) within which there is mounted a collimating lens (8) connected to an optical fibre (9) and a fixed articulated arm (4) within which there is mounted another collimating lens (10) provided with a cavity having the curvature radius equal to the curvature radius of the collimating lens (8), and connected, in its turn, to another optical fibre (11) which is split into two optical fibres (12 and 13), in the same mobile articulated arm (3) there being also placed a stepped motor (5), an incremental motion sensor (6) and a screw-nut-type motion system (7), while, in the structure of the automatic photometer there are also comprised a photodiode (14) with an amplification system, a video camera (15) with a CCD detector, a set of interchangeable optical lenses (16), an electronic computer (17), an electronic printer (18) and a software program (Pr) specific for the photometric and microscopic application.</p>
