<p>PURPOSE: A receptacle device and a control method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary waste by detecting whether a user try to use a product when power is disconnected, thereby disconnecting a standby power according to the use of a product. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part(502) includes a capacitor and a diode which rectifies AC power in order to supply DC power for a control circuit. An analog digital converter(AD1) deciphers a measurement current. An output port is included to drive a relay(K1). An output port, which controls a diac(DIAC1) capable of sensing the point of time for connecting power when a receptacle is disconnected, is prepared. A control part(503) comparing all kinds of states is composed.</p> |
