In the present invention, valve maintainability is improved and facility costs and maintenance costs are reduced. A terminal portion of a first oil carrying pipe (12A), which forms a first oil carrying line (L1) and which is located closer to the stern of the ship than a terminal of the first oil carrying pipe (12A), is connected by means of a first bypass pipe (21) to a terminal of a second oil carrying pipe (12B) which forms a second oil carrying line (L2). The terminal of the second oil carrying pipe (12B) which forms the second oil carrying line (L2) is connected by means of a second bypass pipe (22) to a terminal portion of a third oil carrying pipe (12C) which is located closer to the stern of the ship than a terminal of the third oil carrying pipe (12C) which forms a third oil carrying line (L3). One valve each is located midstream on the first bypass pipe (21), midstream on the second bypass pipe (22), and midstream on the terminal portion of the second oil carrying pipe (12B).
