<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a problem in storing a band-like sheet when forming a fold in a sheet fold forming system for forming a fold and storing the band-like sheet after the fold forming. <P>SOLUTION: In the fold forming system 71, there are included sandwiching strips 77 and 78 for folding for sandwiching a three-layer sheet material 15 along its width direction, and roller bodies 81 and 82 that move up and down and fold a portion sent forward of a portion sandwiched by the sandwiching strips 77 and 78 for folding. Ahead in a sheet extension direction, a cartridge 22 is disposed for storing the three-layer sheet material 15 which is in a state that it is folded according to the formed fold.
