PURPOSE: A low temperature-based oxidizing catalyst for eliminating harmful gas and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to efficiently eliminate various harmful gas without a separate heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature-based oxidizing catalyst for eliminating harmful gas includes transition metal precursors and active noble metal ions. The transition metal precursors are one or more selected from a group including copper, manganese, nickel, chrome, and potassium. The active noble metal ions are one or more selected form a group including platinum, palladium, and rhodium. The palladium ions are derived from nitrate, halide, acetate, ammonium salt, amine complex, and hydroxide-shaped precursor compounds. |
