The invention relates to a sun orientation system, equipped with usual electrical motors, meant to be used in the case of concentrating solar collectors and photovoltaic cell panels. According to the invention, the system comprises a usual electric motor (1), vertically mounted in a support (2) fixed in a foundation (3), the electrical motor (1) having a demultiplier mechanism (MD) mounted in the extension of the shaft end, the motor being carried out on the principle of the motor with flexible rotor and radial air gap, capable of developing a high torque at low speed, the rotary motion of reduced speed being transmitted by means of a one-way device (10) to a vertical shaft (16) bearing a sun orientable panel (19) at the upper extremity, several photovoltaic cells (20) being located on said panel.
