PURPOSE: A position recognition based image display device is provided to output virtual information corresponding to a position coordinate of a point which is selected from a smart device. CONSTITUTION: A location information supplying unit supplies location information of a point selected from a smart device. A content storing unit(25) stores virtual information corresponding to the location information. A content selecting unit(27) selects the virtual information coping with the virtual information. An outputting unit(31) outputs the virtual information corresponding to a location of a selected point. A controlling unit(33) controls input/output of the virtual information which is selected from the content selecting unit.
