PURPOSE: A monoploid rat embryo bud fibroblast which suppresses the expression of the cell death inhibitory protein is provided to genetically stable and to effectively perform function analysis of the specific gens. CONSTITUTION: A monoploid rat embryo bud fibroblast which suppresses the expression of the cell death inhibitory protein is obtained by suppressing cIAP1 or cIAP2 gene expression in rat embryo bud fibroblast strain(accession number KCLRF-BP-00255). The suppression of the cIAP1gene is completed by shRNA described in the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The monoploid rat embryo bud fibroblast which suppresses the expression of the cell death inhibitory protein is a cell strain described in the accession number of KCLRF-BP-00256.
