<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a transmission member attached to a drive shaft, excellent in work efficiency, with hole precision being improved, because of easy processing of a shaft hole, not requiring much time. <P>SOLUTION: The forming method is related to a transmission member P such as a link and a gear which are attached to a drive shaft D, with the drive shaft D containing a D-cut surface D1 being inserted. Drilling at a specified inside diameter is performed from one end so that a wall 1a of the other end is partially left alone, along the central axis of a metal shaft insert part 1 in which the drive shaft D is inserted, for forming a shaft hole 3. Then, by grinding the remaining wall 1a at the other end of the shaft insert part 1 along the surface orthogonal to the central axis, a protruding part 5 is formed which protrudes in the shaft hole 3, with an inner end surface being the D-cut surface 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
