<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover waste heat of heat equipment and utilize to heat combustion air, and suppress a temperature in a boiler room with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The heat equipment includes a boiler 4 for supplying the combustion air through a combustion air passage 2 to a burner 3 by a blower fan 1, and a device 5 for emitting heat, arranged in the boiler room 6.
