<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing apparatus which enables works to be distributed into a plurality of distributing openings at a distributing position for the works and is made to be a distributing apparatus capable of corresponding to an increase in the number of quality classes by providing movably a distributing member having a plurality of distributing openings corresponding to the quality classes at a distributing position on a conveying path for them, and in addition, to attempt to perform tact up of the apparatus and to attempt to perform miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The distributing apparatus 4 which conveys and distributes the works whose quality classes are determined adopts the following means. At first, the distributing apparatus includes: a conveying means 12 for conveying the works at the distributing positions P1-P10 on the conveying path; a work discharging means for discharging the works on the conveying means 12 at the distributing positions P1-P10; a distributing member 16 having a plurality of the distributing openings; a guiding member for guiding the discharged works into the distributing openings; and a distributing member moving means 15.
