<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase customer attracting power of facilities by imparting factors of hindrance to a visit to the facilities, such as a waiting time before entry into a facility parking lot and bad weather, to visiting customers as privilege service. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer visits the facilities, current position information and time are transmitted to the facilities from a customer terminal. The facilities calculates privilege points corresponding to a necessary time to reach the facilities based upon the received position information from the necessary time, and sends the privilege points back to the customer terminal. When the customer moves, the customer terminal monitors the moving speed, and transmits the time and place when the moving speed becomes slower than a certain speed to the facilities. The facilities determine whether the customer is waiting to enter the facilities from the received information, and save the facility entry waiting time. When the customer reaches the facilities, privilege points corresponding to the necessary time to wait to enter the facilities are calculated from the necessary time from the starting point based upon the arrival time and the necessary time to wait to enter the facilities. Further, privilege points calculated based upon factors of hindrance to a visit to other facilities and the privilege points corresponding to the necessary time are totaled and imparted as privilege service for the visit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
